Pagi:

Lepas jek bangun pagi terus ambik shake Herbalife utk restore our body state. Sebab ny semasa tido kita x mkn apa2 & perut dlm keadaan kosong. 30 min selepas shake, take 4 pieces wheat bread(roti gandum) + 3 bijik telur / cereal / sebijik apple.

** Selalu ny lepas shake kita x rsa lapar sgt. 

Snacking:

Light meal contoh ny: wheat bread / chapati / pisang.

T/hari:

Sepinggan nasi / chapati + ayam / daging / ikan + pelbagai campuran sayur.

30 min before workout: 

Herbalife shake (2 scoop of Formula 1 + 2 scoop of Formula 3)

Within 30 min after workout: 

Herbalife shake (2 scoop of Formula 1 + 2 scoop of Formula 3).

** Protein diperlukan ketika ini utk menolong memperbaiki muscle slps workout. 

Mkn mlm:

Sepinggan nasi / chapati + ayam / daging / ikan + pelbagai campuran sayur.

Sebelum tido:
